Our mission

The mission of Kinetic Lifestyle Homes(KLH)is to provide safe, affordable housing to low-income families and individuals. Through its extensive diverse renovation and building experience, the organization works to improve existing housing infrastructure and build new housing solutions to meet the needs of its clients. The organization's major program activities include assessing existing housing conditions, developing solutions to address the housing needs of its clients, and carrying out renovations and new construction projects. Since its founding, the organization has worked to make a difference in the lives of thousands of low-income households. Our work is about building stronger communities, neighborhoods and economies through affordable housing by providing improved housing conditions, greater stability, and a pathway to a brighter future.

Who we are

Established two years ago, the nonprofit organization KLH has had great success in providing low-income home buyers with affordable housing. KLH was founded with the mission to create a more equitable housing market and make owning a home possible for everyone, regardless of income level. The organization has worked to create access to home-buying programs and resources, as well as providing financial and home buying education. KLH and its direct affiliates have helped over 50 families in the past 6 years become homeowners, and assisted homebuyers to access over $1.5 million in grants and down payment assistance. KLH is continuing to work to make the dream of owning a home a reality for more people.

What we do

The major program activities of Kinetic Lifestyle Homes are aimed at helping buyers find and secure affordable housing. We provide resources and tools for buyers to research and compare different housing options and understand the process for applying for and purchasing a home. We also provide education and counseling services to help buyers understand the home-buying process, including the financial and legal aspects. Additionally, Kinetics provides assistance with securing financing, such as grants and loans, as well as helping buyers navigate the application and approval process. Finally, we help buyers find and connect with real estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other professionals who can help them with their housing search.
